We currently ship across the USA only.
Do you offer international shipping?

For other countries, sorry, we are unable to help at this moment in time.
How long does shipping take?
We offer FREE delivery on all orders.
Delivery time is 2 to 3 days throughout major cities in the USA and 3 to 6 days to the entire USA.
Otherwise, you have the option to choose Express shipping for a flat fee and delivery time is 1 to 2 days.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimums, no surprises.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available for just $3, with delivery in 1–2 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder—or just email us at cs@ecoleafy.com.
I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
Oh no! First, double-check your tracking info and make sure it wasn’t left with a neighbor or front desk. Still nothing? Contact us at cs@ecoleafy.com and we’ll get on the case right away.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Yikes—so sorry!
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at cs@ecoleafy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right, fast!
What is your return & refund policy?
We want you to love your EcoLeafy Dot item! If you're not 100% satisfied, we have a 30-day returns and refund policy.
Please drop us a message at cs@ecoleafy.com with your name, order ID and the reason for your return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Can I return a used item?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept used or damaged items unless they arrived defective.
Products must be returned unused, unassembled, and in original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
